First Visit:

Key to a final, successful, desirable outcome of a treatment plan, depends upon, collecting a very accurate and detailed information on every aspect of the current dental problem/s and on you. This will be achieved through a comprehensive data collection, including answering a series of personalized interrogatory forms designed to get the information we need.

These questions are designed to get a detailed information of your past and present health and medical conditions and are also designed to understand you better and better understand your dental needs.

Be as thorough and candid as you can in answering every question.

In addition we will also take a series of Intra Oral Digital X-rays, intra and extra oral photographs as needed and many times study models of your teeth i.e. upper and lower dental arches in your mouth.

This first visit usually takes on an average about 90 minutes.

On the first visit we will always address, to your any emergency dental care needs, if any and or do a oral and dental prophylaxis, { Clean your teeth } depending upon the time  available.

Second Visit:

After a thorough evaluation and analysis of all the information and data collected on the first visit, on the second visit we go over and explain to you, in detail the dental care we think you need. All your questions will be answered to your satisfaction.

For this discussion, we utilize all modern techniques, including a big screen monitor and a conference room where you and your family members can also participate in the discussions if you so desire.

We will make our recommendations, explain treatment goals, and your expected treatment out come. At this time all your questions will be answered to your satisfaction. We encourage you should come prepared to ask all your questions and address all your questions, reservations and concerns regarding the recommendations being made to you.

This visit usually takes anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours depending upon the complexity of the treatment.

Once you are satisfied with the treatment plan and consent to it, financial arrangements will be made and a series of appointments fitting your schedule are made, to complete the needed dental care. We expect, all dental treatments should be paid in full when it is completed. If needed, we can help you obtain outside financing [OAC] for your dental care. We do accept Major credit cards, debit cards and post dated checks. In the events several payments are to be made, we expect you to leave post dated checks for all future payments at the start of your treatment.

We do not have a billing department. It just adds to the cost of treatment. In doing so, we can make dental treatments more affordable.

Smile By Design:

In cosmetic cases, where smile make overs are needed or where extensive work will change the appearance of the patient, a third visit will be scheduled, before commencement of the treatment. On this visit, we can actually present the smile etc. that we custom design for you.
